Hunting Rules

Hunter shall follow all State and Federal hunting and wildlife management rules and regulations. Hunter shall have a valid Texas hunting license issued by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD).

Safety is expressly required. Unload all firearms before returning to camp. Guns shall remain unloaded except when you are in the hunting blinds. They shall be left in personal vehicles as much as possible.

Do not drink alcoholic beverages while hunting or while in the pasture. Do not hunt while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Alcohol allowed in camp area only.

Shooting across lease boundary fencing is prohibited. If you shoot a deer inside our pasture and the wounded animal crosses a boundary fence into a neighboring ranch, you are to contact that landowner and ask for their permission to cross their fence to retrieve your deer.

At no time may a Hunter cross a neighboring fence without that landowner's prior approval.

At no time may a Hunter cross a boundary fence line with a firearm. (Trespassing is a Class B misdemeanor, trespassing with a firearm is a Class A misdemeanor).

Gates must be left as they are found. If a gate is closed, close it. If a gate is locked, relock it.

Do not throw or leave any trash or debris out on the ranch. At no time is trash to be tolerated in the pasture or around the lodge.

Stay on established roadways. Do not drive across pastures or make new trails. Off road driving damages grass and is prohibited unless it is necessary to retrieve located killed game.

No smoking in ANY ranch house/building. (Please use extreme caution when smoking).

All campfires at camp shall be built with safety in mind and must be completely extinguished upon finishing, and shall not be left unattended. Nobody shall make a fire outside of the camp area. Nothing other than wood should be put into the fire pit.

All Hunters and their guests are required to read, understand and sign the

"Release of Liability and Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Dangers, Risk and Hazards of Hunting Lease" form, prior to any activities on the Ranch, and the game log must be filled out prior to leaving.

Hunters enter this Agreement at their sole risk and expense.

Feel free to kill my predatory and nuisance animal anytime (coyotes, hogs, bobcats, rattlesnakes, raccoons, porcupine, etc.).

Any game animal wounded will be considered harvested – no exceptions
